Overcheck is read-only by design. Documents you upload are encrypted at rest, auto-purged after 90 days, and never used as training data. We process them to produce the audit report and then we let go of them.

We collect: the email you give us, the report we produce, payment confirmations from Stripe, and basic server-side telemetry (request paths, response codes, latency). We do not run third-party trackers on the site.

You can request deletion of your account, your documents, and your reports at any time by emailing privacy@overcheck.ai.
